What the hell? It’s Tuesday and something is released on AdventureRob.com? Yes this is a blog and it’s got way too predictable in my eyes, structuring tips/guides on a Monday, a Photo on Wednesday and a destination story on Friday. What kind of blog has a structure like that? An anal one. If there is one thing I’ve not talked about before, it’s anal, so things need to change around here (I mean less structure, not more ass). Percy Button Statue in Perth

Perth has a history of street entertainment down Hay Street and Murray Street. Hay Street now has a permanent one in the shape of Percy Button; a statue of the man from the 1920’s to the 1950’s.

So you just came from South East Asia and are used to spending $4 for a night in a guesthouse,  $2 for your daily meals and were happy with the money left in your wallet after a night of liver destruction and tuk tuk rides.

Then you came to Australia to earn some money and almost fainted at the sign ‘Pint of beer, only $7!’

Ever since I have been on the road, I have carried a netbook with me. A relatively new phenomenom in the computer/laptop world, netbooks are small laptops primarily aimed at surfing the internet.

A stripped down version of Linux was available in a lot of the early netbooks but the familiarity of Windows XP helped to outsell the linux models, nearly all the new models come with XP now. Read the rest! \(^u^)/ →
