This subject is much more diverse than you might think. The obvious reply is to get a large nationwide camping book (in Australia the ‘Camps’ series is good and about 3cm thick in content of places to stay) and take suggestions from there. Some countries are very well set up for people on road trips and there is plentiful places to stay for free. Just a quick update on what’s happening in my life right now. If you didn’t know I have taken a break from travelling for the past few months and have been at home in England. But now it’s time to say syonara. Sometime I will write a related post about my local city and it’s history (not a common place to people to visit – I’ve never seen it on another travel blog so far), however this will tie in with another attempt at making some money online later on (which involves iPhones).

A trip across anywhere will inevitably have you meeting with people, whether you want to or not, and whether they are good, bad or a bit crazy. I had a few encounters across Australia in the mystery machine themed van (naturally…) and one that sticks to mind is an Irish man who introduced himself when I was filling up the campervan with fuel in Esperance, which is in the south east part of Western Australia.
