A tour of the town of Albany (seperate post coming later on this year) which was prepared for Christmas and discovering Australia has free electric BBQs EVERYWHERE and taking advantage of that with bacon and sausages we was very happy with the start of today.

I’m not going to claim to be an expert on this, the rules are changing frequently enough for this information to go out of date quickly, especially as most car ‘regoing’ (The Australia term for registering, taxing and insuring a car all in one package) are going to online regoing.  Read the rest! \(^u^)/ →

A lot of people speak fondly of Thailand, I’m one of them. It’s a great place to go, central in South East Asia and easy to get too. Living costs are as low as you can reasonably expect. Entertainment is readily available in all forms you care to imagine, and the the ones that you can’t. So why shouldn’t you go there? Read the rest! \(^u^)/ →

The Matador network is one of the most popular series of travel websites about; the network actually consists of different websites all focusing on different parts of travel and is the largest independent online publication. I previously mentioned Vientiane in my 3 travel secrets post, but have yet to give this fascinating city it’s own space. It is the capital and biggest city of Laos. It is also easy to get to from Thailand, just a train and bus from Bangkok will get you there (or back).
