A market seller
Every weekend in Bangkok over 10000 market stalls over 28 acres of land gather and set up their wares at Chatuchak market, the biggest in Asia.
The market is categorised into food and drink, books, antique and collectibles, handicraft, clothing and accessories, pet and accessories, used clothing, plant and gardening tools, furniture, art and gallery, ceramic, gift and souvenirs, massage and spa and finally others.
Needless to say I didn’t see it all! But it was a fascinating mix of people here, which as it turns out were much more interesting then the stalls and produce themselves. Plenty of beggars align the roads along with young children playing a repetative tone on an unknown instrument that you’re not going to see on a stage anywhere, old hippies still disliked by the old rockers, and many more just trying to get along.

Speaking of characters, there was two more I spotted at the train station going back, can you spot them?

I want that guys hair!
The market reminds me of Chinatown in KL, great hustle and bustle all day everyday!
Trust me, it is not like Chinatown in KL, This is only 2 days per week and it’s about 20 times bigger.
