Certainly is! I’m not a Gundam fan or anything, but it’s awesome to see. Plus the head turns and it fires out steam too (but only once a day).
I got leap in my heart when I thought it was a real Transformer for a minute there! Neat :)
Well it’s close! Gundam is an older anime/cartoon than transformers is believe it or not. Unfortunately the range of movement it does it quite limited. Still, who wouldn’t want one in their garden though?
How i wish that i could visit Japan to see this 60 footer Gundam robot. Thanks for sharing this with us!
Do it! It’s worth the trip.
I love Japan! (Because of things like this, but also their very unique sense of culture).
Any other cool pics to share?

I should really get another new picture up but I’ve been busy lately, I’ll have a look through and see what I can dig up. If you scroll down the bottom of my page you can see a search box, type in cosplay and you can see some interesting dress using that.
Wow! This is an amazing giant robot! My son will love this place. Bad thing, Japan was too far, and it’s not in our itinerary to have a vacation right now. But maybe next year, I hope Gundam is still there standing.

I think it’s quite rare to see it unfortunately. I believe this is only the second time it’s been put up. I don’t know why it’s not a permanent feature as it attracts a lot of people to the shopping mall it’s next too.
