I saw a programme last night on BBC1 about how people were coping after the earthquake and tsunami, it was so sad to see how it affected so many families. It also showed how people were coming together and re-building their lives even though it will take many years.

Yes, the newer post shows some of the bits I saw first hand. It’s a very slow process it seems despite Japan’s huge budget to get it cleared.

The earthquake did effect a lot of people and a lot of them were coming together to help one another. I didn’t realize how slow a process it could be. That place sold whale products?

Yes, I’ve wrote about the progress more in the latest post. That shop is a whale product shop.

I’m shocked for what had happen on this place and frankly, it was so sad to see how it affected so many families. Their properties were destroyed but it also showed how people were coming together and re-building their lives even though it will take many years.
