I tried shark in Malaysia, it tastes like it looks – big, grey, and from the sea.

Although the shark in the picture is a bit more colourful so maybe it doesn’t taste so grey.

I don’t see why not, it’s a catch in a public place where fishing is allowed.

Don’t like shark myself though, never tried stingray mind!

Katie – Yes I thought the Eden name was adept and well suited. The Shark was impressive and I didn’t notice the colour until the flash from the camera brought it out.
